The Spring Roll Machine is comprised of two devices: the Pastry Machine (Model: HT-45), which bakes the thin pastry, and the Wrapping Machine (Model: SR-45), which adds the filling and wraps the spring rolls.
First, batter is added to the hopper. The machine then produces a baked pastry strip and cuts it into set lengths, adds the appropriate amount of filling, and wraps the spring rolls. The rolls are finally dispensed in a single line on a conveyor.
