Daiei Engineering's Paozu Machine produces the popular Chinese snack paozu (baozi): buns filled with pork and vegetables.
The Paozu Machine (DP-5000) automates the entire process—molding the pastry wrapping, adding the filling, and forming the paozu before finally dispensing them. It is also able to mold flower-shaped wonton.
The Money Bag Wonton Machine (LP-5000) can steadily produce money bag-shaped wonton and paozu (baozi) that appear handmade. After filling is added to the hopper, the machine automatically wraps the stuffing in spring roll pastry.
