Daiei Engineering is proud to present the Dim Sum Master. This versatile dim sum machine is capable of producing over 10 food products, including boiled gyoza, har gow (shrimp dumplings), egg roll, ravioli (square), samosa (triangular), paozu (baozi pork buns), and xiao long bao.
At the touch of a button, the Dim Sum Master is able to produce 1,000–3,000 pieces per hour for any of the food products. The size and shape of the products can be readily adjusted by simply switching the roller and molding attachment. The machine can also process pastry with a higher moisture content, to make delicious products with a delicate, overwhelmingly handmade appearance.
It boasts a space-saving design, measuring 0.5×1.7 meters (W×L). Cleaning the device is simple and it is low maintenance, making it easy for anyone to use.
In addition to the AF-50, we offer the AF-150, with increased production capacity. The machine is the same size, making it ideal for mass production in a limited space.
